2-Week Rapid Delivery: Mandatory EHS Refresher Training

When our long-term partners at Airbus reached out, they didn’t just need a training module—they needed it at lightning speed! Having worked together for three years (including building the Airbus Agile eLearning Platform), we’ve developed a fantastic relationship with the team at the Final Assembly Line in Alabama. As that facility has scaled up its manufacturing output and physical footprint, their workforce has grown fast. By the start of 2026, they faced a high-stakes challenge: they needed a brand-new EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) annual mandatory refresher to keep their expanding team compliant and safe—and they needed it fast.

Let’s be honest: mandatory safety training can sometimes feel like a “check-the-box” exercise, but at a massive assembly line, it’s literally life-saving stuff. Airbus needed a way to deliver critical safety theory to thousands of employees without interrupting the flow of the final assembly line. The catch? The timeline was incredibly tight.

Enter the Immersive Learning Studio “Sprint” mode! We jumped straight into action, leveraging our expertise in bespoke e-learning to build a fully SCORM-compliant module from scratch.

We didn’t just want to hit a deadline; we wanted to make sure the content actually stuck. Our team analysed, crafted, and refined the safety content to ensure it drove real behavioural change, all while keeping the user experience smooth and engaging.

Talk about agility! We successfully turned the entire project around in an incredibly tight two-week window.

By combining our deep understanding of the Airbus workflow with some serious late-night hustle, we delivered a scalable, cost-effective solution right when they needed it most. This project is a perfect example of how we work under pressure; delivering high-quality, impactful training without breaking a sweat (well, maybe just a little!). We’re proud to help keep the Alabama team safe, compliant, and ready for a record-breaking 2026.
