Health and Safety training, while essential, is often either lacking in real-world experience or forces companies to disrupt business or put employees in potentially dangerous situations unnecessarily. Using VR for HSE training puts the learners in an immersive, realistic environment, where they can make real decisions in real situations. It provides an effective tool for influencing the safe behaviour of team members, in a scalable way, without disrupting operations.
